Description

Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Navy ERP Central Component (ECC), strong quality assurance expertise, and a proven ability to manage testing, quality control, and process improvement activities within a dynamic environment.
This position will require periodic trips to Philadelphia, PA.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Review, approve, and update documentation prior to weekly Engineering Review Boards (ERBs) and Technical Change Control Boards (TCCBs).
  • Perform quality reviews of functional and technical documents prior to new system releases.

  • Assist with testing of system migrations and upgrades; document and track findings to resolution.

  • Maintain and manage the status of Technical Data Package (TDP) artifacts for each release; provide actionable feedback to teams.

  • Ensure the Sustainment Dictionary is up to date.

  • Manage Test & Evaluation (T&E) and QA-related processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related documents within the PMW 220 Process Asset Library (PAL).

  • Process National Help Desk System Management (NHDSM) tickets as needed.

  • Advise on and recommend improvements to QA policies, processes, and guidelines; conduct analysis, identify deficiencies, and recommend solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of Navy ERP Central Component (ECC).

  • Deep understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) concepts.

  • Familiarity with Lean Quality methodologies and practices.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and their role in organizational effectiveness.

  • Ability to provide clear guidance and instruction to production and sustainment teams.

  • Familiarity with quality processes and their integration into system production and sustainment lifecycles.

  • Experience documenting, tracking, and resolving system defects.

  • Understanding of audit processes and the relationship between quality systems and auditing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.

  • Active SECRET security clearance required.

  • Certification: Must possess an IAT Level II certification (Security+, GSEC, GICSP, or SSCP).
