Senior Scrum Master — DevOps & Quality Assurance

About the Role: Facilitate Agile processes for the DevOps & QA team, tracking metrics and removing impediments across CI/CD and testing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning, daily/weekly scrums, retrospectives, and backlog grooming using Jira.
• Track velocity and open/closed ticket metrics; produce weekly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate task assignment with the SME and Product Owner; remove impediments.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software/R&D environments; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
• Familiarity with DevOps/QA workflows and Agile best practices.
• Self-driven; strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Maintain required clearance.
