Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of our business. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, IT Solution Manager, and IT Solution Architect to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and secure Salesforce applications that meet business needs.
**This position is contingent upon award of contract**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
- Provide user support and training, including creating and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
- Monitor and manage data quality, including data imports, data cleansing, and deduplication.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and schedule development.
- Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing.
- Provide application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis for defects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance-related issues.
- Support post-deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Web Application Development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.
- Experience with Salesforce Community Portals.
- Experience with the agile software development.
- Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools.
Additional Consideration will be given:
- Hold and maintain SFDC certifications in relevant areas, keeping up with changes in Salesforce and expanding expertise as appropriate to career objectives.
- Preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas:
- Advanced Administrator
- Certified Platform Developer I
- Certified Platform Developer II
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform App Builder
