Data Intelligence is looking for an XML Developer on-site in the Camp Pendleton, CA area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities: 

• This position shall support development and evaluation of native schemas (e.g., Cursor on Target) and TDL information exchanges.
• Develop XML products, including National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) Information Exchange Package Documents (IEPD) that support XML information exchange between tactical data systems
• Provides technical support in the review and development decision for implementation of XML
• Provide technical support for operational users in translating requirements for information exchange into a Message Text Format
• Provide analysis of the impacts of existing documentation on affected systems, operational procedures or doctrine
• Investigate various technologies such as JAVA Script Object Notations (JSON) application schema to enhance TDL net centric capabilities.
• Document designs, lessons learned, user manuals and other technical documentation, as required
• Support exercises and demonstrations, as required

Required Education/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 3 years’ experience in Extensible Markup Language XML to include commercial tools, Microsoft Work, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
• Experience using and understanding DoD Interface Standard US Message Text Format Description
• Secret level security clearance
