Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce-based application project. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, IT Solution Manager, and IT Solution Architect to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and secure Salesforce applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
- Oversee deployment activities and ensure smooth release management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Agile practices.
- Maintain documentation of system architecture and development processes.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience coaching teams in Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with government agencies or large organizations is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience collaborating with teams to improve processes that align with agency goals while demonstrating the ability to deliver excellent results and maintain a collegial work environment.
- Experience using verbal and written communication with internal and external users.
- Ability to work independently to analyze issues and resolve problems.
- Experience prioritizing work and meeting time sensitive deadlines, including follow-through while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience engaging in creative problem solving and taking initiative, while utilizing a solutions-oriented approach and exhibiting flexibility and good judgement in a complex organizational ecosystem.
