Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Program Manager to oversee the information security program at the NSWC PHD operations in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will be integral in managing all aspects of security operations, including personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, and emergency planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security, strategic management, and possess the ability to work within a government setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the implementation of the information security program for NSWC PHD operations.
• Lead and manage strategy development, infrastructure maintenance, and policy enforcement related to information security.
• Supervise and manage personnel assigned to security-related tasks, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities and adhere to security protocols.
• Develop and execute emergency planning, ensuring proper measures are in place to address potential security incidents.
• Implement and promote security awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. government security requirements and policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the integrity and security of the operational environment.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline
• At least six (6) years of experience in managing a DOD contract/task order ensuring quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations, and management of personnel that includes the following:
  • Planning, directing, coordinating, and managing administrative activities of the contract;
  • Supervising managers and personnel in the execution of assigned duties/tasking;
  • Reviewing/maintaining quality of technical work done on the program
  • Assuring and monitoring timelines/quality of all work products
  • Task and work planning
  • Monitoring/reporting task order performance and financial status
  • Controlling budget, schedule, and task execution
  • Managing subcontractors
• At least three (3) years of experience with the following:
  • Working Capital Fund (WCF) accounting principles and generation of reports / On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP)  analysis from WCF funding and cost information
  • Leading and designing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based application
  • Security requirements implementation and their impacts to overall software architectureMicrosoft SQL Server stack, including MSSQL, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

                   ** Ten (10) years of equivalent professional technical activities related to the management of a DOD                         contract/task order may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
