Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager III with deep expertise in DoD contract management, technical team leadership, and cybersecurity program execution. This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of mission-driven technical programs supporting Navy and DoD operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex technical support contracts and guiding teams in high-stakes, secure environments. This position is fully on-site in Dam Neck, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large-scale, mission-critical programs supporting Navy and DoD technical initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers, ensuring contract compliance, mission alignment, and client satisfaction
- Manage program budgets, develop and monitor schedules, and produce detailed reports to inform stakeholders and leadership
- Direct cross-functional technical teams and subcontractors to ensure milestones, deliverables, and performance targets are met
- Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication across all levels of the program
- Drive continuous improvement through strategic planning, team mentorship, and process optimization
- Ensure full alignment with DoD acquisition policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and government contracting regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/IT Management, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 15 years’ professional experience* Program Management Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in DoD contract management, including leading major technical support contracts (Navy experience preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in each of the following:
- Managing technical teams, developing cost estimates and schedules, and preparing status and budget reports
- Identifying, tracking, and communicating scope changes, variances, contingencies, and project-related issues in cybersecurity environments
- Supporting cybersecurity mission areas, engineering initiatives, and research & development projects
- Managing Sub-contractors (if subcontracting is proposed).
* 10 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a Masters Degree in a relevant field; 17 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a High School Diploma/GED
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
