Description

Data Intelligence (DI) is looking for a Microsoft System Administrator/CMMC Engineer to work a hybrid schedule in our Marlton office.

Job Description:

The Microsoft System Administrator/CMMC Engineer is multifaceted, encompassing both system administration and cybersecurity compliance. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows-based network systems, including servers, operating systems, software applications, and hardware for DI’s corporate enterprise infrastructure. Candidate will also perform CMMC Compliance Specialist duties to ensures that an organization adheres to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements. You play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal functionality of the organization’s IT infrastructure. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and respond to service tickets/requests from employees.
  2. Perform administration of cloud and on-premises services such as Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Active Directory, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
  3. Understand and interpret CMMC framework requirements.
  4. Actively participate in the implementation to obtain CMMC compliance.
  5. Manage network equipment and technology tools.
  6. Troubleshoot and fix issues and outages.
  7. Ensure system and physical security through access control, firewalls, and various software tools.
  8. Maintain and improve technical documentation, procedures, and IT policies.
  9. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to Windows systems administration.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. At least 2 years of proven experience in Windows systems administration.
  3. Strong familiarity with Windows Server operating systems.
  4. Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  6. Effective communication skills.
  7. Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
  8. Experience with NIST SP 800-171 and other relevant cybersecurity standards is a plus.
  9. Ability to obtain a secret level security clearance.
